Cancellation Policy

No-Show Policy If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and provide no prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be subject to a 25% late gratuity fee, added to the service total. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests made the same day or within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which may be charged to the card on file.
